Telecon has a comprehensive Warnings event viewer which you can use to trace Windows Firewall change events across the network. 
This is especially useful if you wish to determine the origin and reason for a firewall policy change on one of your client computers. Attempted changes may occur due to users or applications trying by by-pass their local firewall. These will be detected and reported to the server.
